This book is all about ADD and ADHD If you know anyone with ADD, then I highly recommend this book To be honest, this book had the worst grammar and proof reading that I have ever seen in a book That is the reason I only gave this 4 stars The book even came with a list of known mistakes and asked that if I found anythat I emailed the author and they would send me a free T shirt I found several dozenblatant misspellings and ignored many sentences or phrases with poor grammar I d This book is all about ADD and ADHD If you know anyone with ADD, then I highly recommend this book To be honest, this book had the worst grammar and proof reading that I have ever seen in a book That is the reason I only gave this 4 stars The book even came with a list of known mistakes and asked that if I found anythat I emailed the author and they would send me a free T shirt I found several dozenblatant misspellings and ignored many sentences or phrases with poor grammar I do like the T shirt they sent me.I heard Mark Patey speak live on this topic and it was that presentation that drove me to buy his book I concur with his assertion that ADD is not a disorder, but a gift with challenges I like that he talks about how to magnify the gift and compensate for the challenges This book is mainly written for educators and parents of children with ADD, but also for those with ADD

I may have liked thisif I hadn t read it out loud with my husband I read faster alone, and so at times it just felt a bit laborious and slow He seemed to be a bit redundant in the things he said, but I found his perspective very insightful and helpful.
